Return and Exchange Policy

At Dropeego Commerce Corp., we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy is here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order

  • You have the proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless proven to be defective.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include:

  • Full name and order number

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange

We will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.


3. Return Shipping Instructions

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered by mistake), the customer will shoulder the return shipping fee.

Returns must be shipped back to the address we provide once your request is approved.


4. Refunds (Including Card Payments)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds for card payments (credit or debit) will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.

❗ Transaction fees charged by your card provider are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If your product is eligible for exchange:

  • The replacement item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or offer store credit.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products

  • Items on sale, promotional bundles, or clearance

  • Free gifts or samples
